This establishment is a private club that caters to the wealthier citizens of Zesrun. Within the walls of this place are private lounges and bedrooms, a library, a theatre, a dining hall, a smoking hall and a private conference chamber. As a private club, most of these chambers are restricted to members. A member here may purchase a fine meal, a glass of expensive wine, exquisite sleeping quarters for the night and so forth. A number of prostitutes are available to warm the bed of those with coin enough to purchase them. It is said that it is these prostitutes for which the club is named. Beyond these basic functions, the facility also functions as a bank of sorts. Members may store valuables here and maintain an account of money. The proprietor, Harlock, is a tall man with thick black hair and a wickedly pointed forked beard. He has a deep and gravelly voice, an unflinching gaze and a calm demeanor. To become a member of this exclusive club requires the sponsorship of an existing member and a monthly fee of 10 gold pieces.
